What's included in the hire?
Hire of the van, travel within 50km of Newcastle/Ballina, all glassware, RSA certified staff, ice, hydration station
Are drinks included in the price?
Vanvino is a BYO mobile bar service. This means that you buy/supply the alcohol and we serve it. However, we supply Mr consistent cocktail mixers for the cocktail packages.
How much alcohol should I buy?
Don’t stress, we’ve got you covered. Once your booking is secured we will send you a guide on how much alcohol you will need. Think about your guests and their drinking habits and you can adjust the template accordingly.
Do you need access to power or water?
If there are no power outlets at your venue we have a generator available at an extra charge of $50.
Do you travel outside of Ballina / Newcastle?
Any travel outside 50km of Ballina and Newy will incur an extra cost $0.80 per km.
How do cocktails work?
You can choose up to two cocktails which are made to order. We provide the mixers, ice, garnish and glassware and you provide the alcohol.
For example if one of your cocktails is a margarita, you supply the tequila and we will supply the ‘ Mr.Consistent ‘ margarita mix, salt for the rim of the glass, dried lime to garnish and a pretty little cocktail glass to pour it in.
